Test Execution & Reporting Understand product features and execute manual test cases. Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clarity and detail. Validate bug fixes across dev/staging environments. Collaboration & Learning Work closely with QA and engineering teams to understand functionality and expected behavior. Learn sprint QA activities such as sanity checks, smoke testing, and exploratory testing. Participate in daily stand-ups, test case reviews, and QA retrospectives. Documentation Support Assist in maintaining QA artifacts like test cases, checklists, and bug reports. Contribute to QA knowledge base by documenting learnings and known issues. Quality Mindset Develop a strong understanding of quality metrics, user empathy, and functional accuracy. Be proactive in identifying potential areas of improvement in test coverage.
